The Data Controller of the data of natural persons acting in the name and on behalf of suppliers is IVANO FISSORE owner of AGROITA CONSORZIO VIA I MAGGIO 8 12100 CUNEO, is its legal pro tempore representative IVANO FISSORE.<\/p>

A DPO has not been designated.<\/p>

Data source<\/strong>
The personal data processed are those provided by the data subject on the occasion of:
– visits or telephone calls;
– direct contacts for participation in exhibitions, shows, etc.; and
– proposal of offers;
– transmissions and transactions following the order<\/p>

Purpose of processing<\/strong>
The personal data of natural persons acting on behalf of suppliers are processed for the following purposes:
– forwarding communications of various kinds and by various means of communication (telephone, mobile phone, sms, email, fax, paper mail);
– formulate requests or process requests received
– exchange information aimed at the execution of the contractual relationship, including pre- and post-contractual activities.<\/p>

Legal basis<\/strong>
The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which each supplier is party or for the implementation of\u00a0pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.<\/p>

Data recipients<\/strong>
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disseminated, i.e. they will not be disclosed to unspecified subjects, in any possible form, including the provision or simple disclosure of such data. They may, however, be communicated to the employees of the Owner and to some external subjects who collaborate with them. They may also be communicated, to the extent strictly necessary, to subjects who for the purpose of issuing our orders or requests for information and estimates must provide goods and\/or perform services on our behalf. Lastly, they may be communicated to persons who are entitled to access them by virtue of provisions of law, regulations and Community legislation.<\/p>

In particular, on the basis of their roles and work tasks, some workers have been empowered to process personal data, within the limits of their competences and in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Data Controller.<\/p>

Data transfer<\/strong>
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations.
However, it reserves the possibility of using cloud services; in which case, the service providers will be selected from among those who provide adequate guarantees, as provided for in Article 46 GDPR 679\/16<\/p>

Data retention<\/strong>
The Data Controller keeps and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated. Subsequently, the personal data will be stored, and not further processed, for the time established by the civil and fiscal regulations in force.<\/p>

Rights of the data subject<\/strong>
With reference to Articles 15 – right of access, 16 – right to rectification, 17 – right to erasure, 18 – right to restriction of processing, 20 – right to portability, 21 – right to object, 22 – right to object to automated decision-making of the GDPR 679\/16, the data subject shall exercise his\/her rights by writing to the Data Controller at the above address, or by email, attaching a photocopy of an identity document attesting to the legitimacy of the request.<\/p>

Withdrawal of consent<\/strong>
With reference to Article 7 of the GDPR 679\/16, the data subject may revoke at any time any consent given.
However, the processing of data that is the subject of this notice is lawful and permitted, even in the absence of consent, as it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (the relationship for the supply of products and services).<\/p>

Complaints<\/strong>
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the state of residence.<\/p>

Refusal to provide data<\/strong>
You may refuse to provide the data controller with your personal data.
However, the provision of personal data is necessary for the correct and efficient processing of the contractual relationship. Therefore, any refusal to provide personal data may compromise the contractual relationship in whole or in part.<\/p>

Automated decision-making processes<\/strong>
